AM0037 (Prepared for MDL Ambiente)

The methodology allows flare reduction to generate CERs in places other than oil fields. Gas is often flared at oil refineries and gas processing facilities. Now gas that is flared more downstream in the oil/gas processing chain can be a part of CDM as well.
