Facilitate the partnership: QT helps arrange the partnership between the buyer of the emissions reductions and local partners.

Offer advice on the local context: Each country is in its own state of development in terms of Kyoto compliance - arranging registries, developing legal frameworks for CDM or JI projects, etc. QT can advise buyers on the states of development of Kyoto-type regimes in various countries.

Development of carbon contracts: QT, having negotiated carbon trades for Kyoto compliance, can help sellers enter into emissions reductions purchase agreements (ERPAs). QT helps sellers understand the general terms of an ERPA including assessing risks the seller will face (penalties for non-delivery, etc.).
